Delivery Estimates

• In-Stock Items (UK): 1 – 2 business days. Shipped as soon as payment clears.

• Pre-Orders / Backorders (UK): 5 – 10 business days. Stock is en route from our supplier to our warehouse.

• Europe: Add 2 – 3 additional business days to the estimated UK delivery time.

• Rest of World: Add approximately 5 additional business days to the estimated UK delivery time.

Customs Note: International orders may experience customs delays beyond our control. Please check your local importation policies for details. All shipping services include full tracking.

• Orders £75.00 to £149.99: Free (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 Large Letter (0.01 – 0.05 lb): £3.10

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 Large Letter (0.05 – 0.12 lb): £4.80

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed: £7.99

Express Option:

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £22.00

International Shipping

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on total order weight.

• Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, etc.):

  • Royal Mail International Signed Large Letter (0.01 – 0.05 lb): £11.00

  • Royal Mail International Signed Small Parcel (0.06 – 4.41 lb): £21.00

• Selected Destinations (USA, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, etc.):

  • Royal Mail International Signed Large Letter (0.01 – 0.05 lb): £20.00

  • Royal Mail International Signed Small Parcel (0.06 – 4.41 lb): £40.00

Cancellations & Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend an order prior to dispatch by emailing admin@pendulumgaming.com. For short-notice changes, please phone us directly to prevent the package from being packed or sent. Note that changes may delay dispatch. Once an item has dispatched, standard return procedures apply.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy (30 Days)

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

Exempt & Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary products, and hazardous materials

• Gift cards and downloadable software

• Select health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (Where Applicable):

• Opened media (games, CDs, DVDs, books with obvious use)

• Items damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error)

• Returns requested after the 30-day window

Refund Process:

Once received and inspected, we will email you the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund hasn't arrived, please follow these steps:

1. Re-check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).

3. Contact your bank.
